Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your product, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact, and in undamaged condition.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at rs@moovertoys.com, where you will receive further instructions on how to return your item. Returns should be sent to our warehouse address:

The cost of return shipping is at your expense unless the item is defective.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will send you an email confirmation and inform you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and the original payment method will be credited automatically within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.

Items purchased on sale or as part of a special offer are only eligible for a refund if they are defective.

Exclusions from Returns
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as gift cards, personalised products, and items purchased on sale. Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt.
